Shipping policy

All ezIggz orders are processed within 2–4 days. Once shipped, delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days anywhere in the United States. Every package includes full tracking from the moment it leaves our studio until it reaches your door.

Pre‑order items ship on the release date listed on their product page. If your order is delayed, damaged, or goes missing, our support team will resolve it quickly and make sure you’re taken care of.
